1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and 28win (the "Company", "Platform", "We", or "Us"), the operator of the online gambling and sports betting website accessible at https://28win.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or placing any wager through the 28win Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any supplementary policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

These Terms are drafted in English and are intended to apply to players accessing 28win from Malaysia. Where any translation exists, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.

3Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 28win, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 28win strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gambling activities, consistent with the standards applied by internationally recognised responsible gambling bodies.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law, and you are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your specific location.
• You are acting as an individual in a personal capacity. Corporate entities, syndicates, and groups may not register accounts under a single shared identity.
• You do not hold any other active or previously suspended account on the 28win Platform. Each individual may maintain only one registered account at any time.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 28win or any of its affiliated operators.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform through self-exclusion, administrative suspension, or permanent ban, and have not been instructed to cease gambling by any regulatory body or support organisation.

4Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To register an account on 28win, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Registration information must match your government-issued identity documents.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 28win will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify 28win immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting our support team via live chat or by writing to [email protected].

4.3 One Account Policy

Each player may hold a maximum of one active account. Where duplicate accounts are identified — whether registered under the same name, address, device, payment method, or IP address — 28win reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and to forfeit all outstanding balances and bonus funds across those accounts.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

28win reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your Malaysian national identity card (MyKad), passport, recent utility bill, or bank statement. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the verification process is satisfactorily completed. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable period as notified by 28win may be suspended.

4.5 Account Currency

All 28win accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in other currencies, including cryptocurrencies, will be converted to their MYR equivalent at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction. 28win applies no hidden conversion fees, though third-party payment providers may apply their own rates independently.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

28win accepts deposits via the following payment channels available to Malaysian players: FPX online banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, Ambank), DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT, Litecoin/LTC). The minimum deposit amount is RM30 across all channels unless specified otherwise in a promotional offer.

5.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods previously used for deposits. 28win does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts held in another person's name, or any payment instrument that has not been verified as belonging to the account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Standard processing time for verified accounts is 5–15 minutes for e-wallets and online banking channels during normal operating hours.

5.3 Verification Before Withdrawal

All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Section 4.4. Where additional documentation is required, 28win will notify the Player within 24 hours of the withdrawal request. Withdrawals will not be unreasonably withheld following successful verification.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

28win operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation in respect of any deposit or withdrawal that triggers internal AML thresholds. Accounts under AML review may have withdrawals temporarily placed on hold pending investigation. Players are required to cooperate fully with all such requests.

6Bonus & Promotions Terms

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards issued by 28win are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, in addition to these general bonus conditions. Where any conflict exists between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated as "no wagering" in the promotion, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible game categories, minimum qualifying odds (for sports bets), and expiry window are stated on each promotion page. Players must satisfy the full wagering requirement before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirements for our core welcome offers are:

• 100% Standard Starter Bonus: 10x wagering requirement on the bonus amount.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

28win reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: exploitation of low house-edge games to fulfil wagering requirements, coordination between multiple accounts, use of artificial or systematically risk-free strategies inconsistent with legitimate play, and making deposits solely to satisfy bonus conditions without genuine intention to play.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not activated or wagering requirements that are not fulfilled within the stated expiry window will be automatically removed from the Player's account. Expired bonuses will not be reinstated under any circumstances.

6.5 One Bonus Per Offer

Welcome bonuses and new-player promotions may only be claimed once per eligible player. Attempts to claim the same promotion through duplicate accounts or via multiple payment methods linked to the same individual will result in the bonus being voided.

7Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

28win reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are accepted subject to the Platform's current staking limits, which vary by market, event type, and account standing. Stake limits for specific markets are displayed within the betting interface at the time of wager placement.

7.2 Erroneous Odds

Where an odds or line is published in error — including but not limited to clearly incorrect pricing, data feed errors, or system malfunctions — 28win reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price. Players will be notified of such voidances and the affected stake will be returned to their account balance in full.

7.3 Match Result Settlement

Sports bets are settled according to official results as published by the relevant governing body for each competition. For football markets including Liga Super Malaysia and the English Premier League, 90-minute results apply unless the market is explicitly specified as "including extra time". In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the decision of 28win's trading team, in reference to official result data, is final.

7.4 Live Betting

Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to market availability and may be suspended at any time without notice, including during goal kicks, corners, or other key match events. Once a live bet is confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.

7.5 Winnings Cap

A maximum single-event payout applies across all product verticals. Specific payout caps are stated within the platform's betting rules for each sport and casino product. Winnings exceeding the applicable cap on any single bet will be settled at the cap value.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 28win Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances, and permanent exclusion:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to place bets, access the Platform, or fulfil wagering requirements.
• Collusion with other players to exploit promotions, influence game outcomes, or achieve coordinated betting strategies at the expense of the Platform.
• Exploitation of software bugs, system errors, or pricing anomalies that would not arise in the normal course of fair play.
• Registering more than one account per person, household, IP address, or shared device.
• Providing false, incomplete, or deliberately misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Facilitating access for or placing bets on behalf of minors (persons under 21 years of age).
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or could constitute money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other form of financial crime.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any 28win employee, support agent, or third-party representative.
• Attempting to access any portion of the Platform's back-end systems, databases, or administrative interfaces without authorisation.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the 28win Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, data structures, databases, and gaming content — is the proprietary intellectual property of 28win or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling activity in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 28win.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting any software or data from the Platform.
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content or incorporating Platform assets into third-party products or services.
• Scraping, indexing, or systematically downloading Platform data or odds information by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of 28win's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 28win, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, or opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, data transmission errors, or delays outside 28win's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, network outages, or payment processor downtime.
• Losses arising from a Player's own negligence, failure to maintain account security, or breach of these Terms.
• The accuracy or completeness of third-party sports results, statistics, or data feeds displayed on the Platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages, even where 28win has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 28win's liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or fraud. 28win's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the preceding 30-day period.

11Account Termination

11.1 Termination by the Player

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting 28win's support team via live chat or by writing to [email protected]. Before processing account closure, 28win will confirm the account holder's identity and facilitate withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance, subject to completion of KYC and AML review where applicable. Pending wagering requirements on bonus funds must be fulfilled or bonus funds forfeited before closure is finalised.

11.2 Termination by 28win

28win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, without prior notice, where there is reasonable evidence of: breach of these Terms, prohibited conduct as described in Section 8, fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC, or any other circumstance in which continued operation of the account poses a risk to the Platform, other players, or third parties.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination, all pending bonus funds, unsettled bets, and loyalty points shall be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the Player via their most recently verified payment method following completion of the final account review, typically within 10 business days of the closure confirmation.

12Responsible Gambling

28win is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and takes seriously its obligations to prevent gambling-related harm. The Company requires that all Players are at least 21 years of age, and actively discourages gambling as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

Players experiencing signs of problem gambling are encouraged to make use of the following tools available on the 28win Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit thresholds directly within your account settings.
• Loss Limits: Cap your net losses per session or per defined period to prevent exceeding your personal budget.

• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary exclusion period (minimum 30 days) or a permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests submitted to 28win's support team are processed within 24 hours.

13Amendments to These Terms

28win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, 28win will endeavour to notify active Players by email or via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Following the posting of an updated version of these Terms on the Platform, continued access to or use of 28win by any Player shall constitute unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms. It is the Player's responsibility to periodically review these Terms to remain informed of any changes. The date of the most recent version is displayed at the top of this page.

Where you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.1.
